Tina, a licensed realtor in the state of California, is a new addition to the Keller Williams team. She is a dedicated Principal Realtor who is committed to addressing clients’ needs. Utilizing her strong negotiation and communication skills, she ensures smooth transactions in acquiring the best home and property possible for her clients. She has found success by taking the time to understand each clients’ individual needs and preferences. Representing both buyers and sellers, Tina also believes that happiness and a healthy life are most important and she applies these qualities to every transaction.

Prior to joining the Keller Williams team, Tina was the CEO and founder of Near By Insurance Agency located in Oakland, California. Her agency services clients across the State of California and offers a wide range of insurance and financial products. She has become highly regarded by her clients in this field and has taken the time to earn her clients’ trust and has a dedicated, loyal client base. She draws upon this expertise to provide her real estate clients the best service possible.

Tina was born in Beijing, China, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Textile Technology at Beijing Union University. She moved to the United States in 2006 and is fluent in Mandarin and English. She lives in California with her three kids and her dog. She enjoys spending time with her kids, camping, biking, paddle boarding and traveling. She is currently learning kiteboarding as a new sport.
